Always felt like a good days work torquing up a set of lorry wheel nuts during summer Maintenance lol
Lorrys are fine dumpers are a c**t 12 per wheel instead of 10 and can be an awkward height. Balast block bolts on diggers usually end up with me going flat on my arse at least once

Can anybody recommend a new handheld rechargeable light? Mine died the other day.

Considering the milwaukee m12 one at the moment.

To be fair once you have to buy a caliper re-wind tool you end up using it for the rears and the fronts, get your moneys worth.

Can anybody recommend a half decent caliper windback tool? Something that will cover a few options if thats possible

The bahco grips are awesome. I want the larger set as even better.

I have this for rear calipers that require winding back... I didn't pay anywhere near the price it seems to be now though 😂

And this for 4 pot calipers, which can also be used on single piston too.

So having borrowed a tool for removing track rods several times I'd rather just buy one now.

This is the time I've used before and really like

Draper 27818 Track Rod Removal Tool, 28mm-35mm Capacity, 400mm Length https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BWRJ5GK/?tag=cliospnet01-21

but also saw this for less and has a bigger range

DAYUAN 7pc Universal Inner Tie Rod End Installer Remover Tool Set Adjuster Cars 1/2" https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07SM5L6MF/?tag=cliospnet01-21

Anyone got any experience of them?

Ive got a ching spec copy of the draper one, cost £20ish years ago off ebay. Used loads of times its never let me down, makes light work of getting them off.

Id say 99% of the time the cheaper draper, us pro etc are just branded cheap tools, so worth buying the cheapest unbranded for a one off, as quality is the same.

Yeah I agree with you there, not much difference between cheapest and second cheapest tools.
Think I'll just get that one you linked, no brainer at £25 cheers for that

I've got a lot of those trays they do, great value for what you get and not had any problems with the quality.
one of the lads at my old work had a sealey box with all the sealey tools and they seemed pretty good, the rep was in once a week too and just swapped anything that was broken

Big fan of us pro stuff. Nice and cheap just like me 😂

Got these as there's a few times where I thought an e torx spanner would be a lot nicer to use that on a ratchet.

Also needed some extended Allen keys other day working on the Beemer so this will help too

Us pro stuff is sound for occasional use. Ive just bought the stubby flexi head ratchet spanner set, and the quality is alright, as good as all the other cheaper ones, sealey etc.

Most of the time its not the brand of tool thats the issue, its how you actually use it.

What's the big one for?

Are we talking Bruce Jenner or that swimmer that was a man but now isn't a man but is technically a man but doesn't have a c**k but doesn't have tits?
