They look great, really nice colour.
What powder coaters did you use tim and whats the cost?
Looks great. Can't beat powdercoated bits! I wish I'd done my rocker cover.
I think this engine would look soooooo much better in my engine bay.
I'll do it once as a favour.
Great effort.
Looks great
I like the grey on the engine.
Be good to see this on the road again.

You must be getting excited mate
Are you sticking with the standard turbo for now then?
Looks good mate. you seriously not able to heel toe? I do it everywhere.
you will love the flywheel once its running, my old one revved up like a bike
Have you sold your old decat Tim?
Grey on an engine is for hero's.
I agree. The grey paint looks great.
Run in! Hah! Flat out from the word go then?
You out will have to take me for a spin!
I've invested too much to not run it in properly.
Do you want a lift on Sunday?
I have just seen the time! I might have to head down on my own as I think I will be a little late!
Text me if you want a lift. Though if it's not ready I might jump in with you if that's ok.
You having the .r clutch or going helix?
classicsheepflavour works for LUK IIRCGoing with the .r clutch, unfortunately it's on backorder from Renault and LUK part number that's supposed to be the .r clutch isn't the correct one.

You are certainly making decent progress!
Who built and installed the engine for you?
Are you having it run in on the road or dyno?
I believe Paul at RST is mapping it / running it in.
Excellent.
I am planning to get my car recovered to RS Tuning when the engine goes in... throw Paul the keys and let him run it in / map at the same time.
I wouldn't trust myself to drive a few hundred miles on the road running in the new engine
You must be doing the initial start up to temp and drop oil though?
Mine will be going RS once its all built too

Looks good Tim, where is the mocal catch tank going?
Problem at the moment is the engine isn't getting any spark. Looks like an immobiliser issue.
hmmm... has the battery been disconnected for awhile?
Does the central locking still unlock / open the car? - If so, try cycling through lock.. unlock a few times, then jump in the car, key in the slot and try it then.
Battery has been disconnected since the start of August. Central locking still works fine.
