Track Day - Brands - 18th February - Harnesses?

I've got a reasonably standard Valver, nothing too silly (although still looking for some worn tyres (Fred, we need to talk!... ) and/or old valver alloys in the MK area!!).

Do you need harnesses in standard seats, are they advised, necessary or a nice extra?

My first time on the track in a Valver.

Just a nice extra, you don't need them really.

Most people on here who do trackdays have standard belts, regardless of model. It's only really the track sl@gs who have stripped and caged that run harnesses! lol

Excellent news. I just need to give it the full service, and sort some wheels and tyres out now.

I've only done Brunters at FCS last year but can't wait to get on a 'proper' track :clown:

though there is more to hit on a proper track... :S lol

Several "faster" cars going, Porsche's, Caterhams, 200sx's, GTi6's and so on.

I'll just have a bit of fun. Koni's, Yozza brakes, chip and exhaust should see me have a good time.
