Track-look stickering......56k...uhh-oh-no.....

Guys.....been a while since I uploaded some pics of my Cup, I have made a few noticeable visual additions.....with a few more to come. After seeing a lot of Clio Cup and R3 cars with their track stickers on show I decided I wanted to add some to my car.

I still have to add the Clio Cup stripes, and some 'sponsor' decals to the rear much like the front already has, and once the stripe is on, I intend to get some yellow 'pinstripe' tape to add a line to the stripe, and one line to each side decal bringing out the blue, white and yellow colour theme. The white 22" Pistonhead logos are yet to be applied too!

I like the look of her so far, the 'pristine' unmarked and debadged look is obviously not what I am going for, more a track sl*g style.......so here we go:

Mate, you can't drive round in a 'tracklook' car with 12 inch gaps in the arches.

You need coilovers. And a front splitter.

And when I have the best part of a thousand pounds laying around, (I want some decent coilovers not the cheapest available) they'll be the next additions. My Recaro Apex just set me back £335, and I still have to buy the subframe........

Looks naff imo. Doesnt look much like a race car, Just looks like someone found their kids sticker collection.

granted its a work in progress but i would of done the mods first then added the decals... but its your ride fella

be good with decent race seats in and some stripping

you have to look harder because the attempts you're doing with the stickers are too carefull and seen too much. Be different and let yourself go !!


I have seen a Mitsubushi going around here in Holland , no Evo, but it looks a genuine rally race car because of all the rally/sponsering stickers on it.

Not my thing def. but i do look at ik every time it goes by because it looks GOOD !

I think a cream or white sofa would have finished the look of perfectly. Also if it was turned around to the front that could be more aerodynamic. You have just invented the Renault Sport People Carrier with that extra row of seats.

See I liked the car with the white wheels... but what clio cup racer uses them s**te Renaultsport logos, they don't! I never know why people put them on ANY clio! The front looks good, maybe get rid the RS side stuff and get half the car wrapped in a wild colour with a load of sponsers logos on it!

The front looks quite cool, and I also like the look u seem to be aiming for. Sadly I don't think you've quite managed it yet. The side view jus doesn't look rite to imo.
