Tv's Lcd or what type?

just decided i want a new tv and i like this one

in 23" (dont want anything bigger than that)

anyways going to buy it from argos but on their site they have loads of options and diffrent types

so before i buy im just wondering if anyone wants to advise me against or give me some advice on tvs as i dont have a clue about them??

we have a smaller lcd samsung tv in our conservatory and that seems ok although i havent used it much. thanks Dean

i've been told to avoid plasma screens as they burn out

LCD's are better apparently

I've got a 19" samsung LCD and its spot on...i think its plenty big as its in my bedroom and it sits on top of my digital box.

ive got a 42" plasma its spot on, you have to have them recharged every 3 years though

this 23 will be for my room
but im looking to move out in the next 6months odd

yeh u cant take out the cover on plasma either

mate i was thinking about getting that 23 inch but its not HD ready, might aswell go for the 26 inch thats HD ready etc with better spec, they just brought a new model out so the old ones are less than 600£

what do u mean? HD ready (high definition?)

not clued up on tvs mate

26" is 2 big, i dont watch tv just play on the ps2 or watch a dvd now and then.
