urgent oil query

checked my oil today on a level surface and it was down to last 2/3 circle things, so lumped in a little bit of oil,(the small bottles about less than quarter) and now its back right to top?
oil change was at 24k now im at 29k, fred has topped up once/twice since then, im assuming this isnt normal, im deffo gonna book in to renault for them to check it out,
could there be something seriously wrong?

i'm slightly concerned about that mate, its verging on abnormal

renault say 1L per 1000miles is within limit

my service was at 24k and ive done id say maybe 3k when i saw u,i know its not accurate but its a bit randomn how it suddenly went right to top with minimum oil?????????
