Valver engine value

I might drop a williams 2.0 in my valver as everyone seems to thinks thats a better option than cams etc for my 1.8 16v. So if I was gonna sell my 1.8 16v engine & gearbox - how much would it be worth roughly???

from a 1995 clio,
had uprated cambelt done 5k ago
80k on the engine
fresh oil & filter
magnecor ht leads
And well looked after!!!!

They're not a lot, strangely.

Off the top of my head, perhaps £300?

I am however completely guessing and only going from what I can remember seeing on ebay at some point, so feel free to shoot me down in flames LoL :clown:

Yeah i'd say thats a fair price, they were only about the £250 - £300 mark about 4-5 years ago when I bought my last one.

Thing is, there's so many Clio 16v's/19 16v's about now in scrapyards, supply is greater than demand!
