very quick wheel question.

  clio 172 cup
I figured out the knocking from the rear wasnt the exhaust but the spare wheel bouncing about. Can someone tell me the correct way to put this together.

Does the tool tray go down with the wheel over it? Means the thread isnt long enough to secure wheel.

Does the wheel go down upside down with tray inside the wheel facing up. means sure the face of the spare gets trashed on the boot floor?

Or am i missing another way.

172 cup with standard turini spare.

Oh, is it even meant to have a spare? or a space saver?

Cups arent meant to come with a spare, just a tin of tyre weld.

In my non-RS theres a bit of lose fabric protection in the bottom then spare wheel sits face down with tool kit on top.

Thanks for mega quick reply.
I thought that, but then my carpet sags real bad without the spare. I guess ill put something down to help support it.

Been thinking about this Today.
Is the cup meant to have the tool tray with jack and bits. Im sure it wouldn't have just come with the tyre foam??

I'm thinking it may be a nice idea to get rid of the carpet mat in the boot and actually line the boot floor and wheel well with carpet. Would make the boot bigger if nothing else. I've done a lot of trimming in the past building vw campers and know I can achieve a top quality finnish with no creases or anything.

Do you actually need a jack with the tyre foam?
