Im under the impression that if I tap the vin plate in the engine bay then an original one wont depress if you tap it as its welded flush to the shell. Ive tapped the plate on 3 clios now and they all clicked as I tapped them and the plate depressed onto the shell. Is this a good indication of whether the cars been in a crash or been ringed?
