Thinking of fitting these to my arctic blue 182 and getting the wheels recoated in a semi gloss black finish. Any comments welcome.

Headlights yes... Rear lights no... Personaly i don't like lexus style rear lights in any flavour.

I wouldnt get any of the lights just get the wheels done not keen on mods like that IMHO

Go for both, but make sure you get silvervisions front and back.

I did the same with my rear lights. Back to standard now though.
