What ever happened to my car?

Hi guys and gals. I was just wondering what ever happens to my black gold 309bhp 182 turbo. I sold it to a young man who came to South Wales to buy it from me about three years ago. I believe he said he lived in Carlisle. My daughter came along and spoilt all the fun for me (joke) :rasp:. Hope this thread generates some feed back as it would be nice to know that my old sleeper is still destroying v6's . Cheers guys. By the way reg was PY54FFP.

It should be destroying more than V6's a standard 182 is close to one! 309bhp should be attacking a lot quicker things!

I remember seeing a BG 182 for sale a while ago in pistonheads for 8k with 300+ bhp.

Well just searched to see if it is taxed....

That would be a shame. Yes it was a destroyer didn't ever spin either with the quaiffe diff. The kid who bought it was only 17 and said he wasn't going to declare the k-tec conversion because of the insurance cost. So if he has written it off I doubt he got anything back.

I just remembered i emailed about one the other week. It was on pistonheads for 10k.

He said the conversion was done at k-tec and cost 9k and he has sinse spent another 5k on the car.

I cana find it now thoufh

Tried doing an hpi check on it... Can't find details of the vehicle

Good point olly very possible best thing to do is maybe phone up one of the hpi companies they will let you know if it has changed plate !!

Can't remember the list of mods mate sorry. It was a long time ago and 95% of the work had already been done. I suppose k-tec might know where it ended up. They still use my dyno map on their site plugging the conversions lol

There was one on eBay around a year ago running that sort of power stripped with bucket seats and it was running a charge cooler instead of a intercooler.
