I've not used the Wooly Mammoth so can't compare but I've got the GTECHNIQ Zero Scratch Microfibre Drying Towel which is by far the best drying towel I've ever used and it's a great price too!

The Wooly Mammoth is awesome! Sooo soft and fluffy, makes you want to sleep on it lol
They look like the ones I used to use. Great first time round, then they immediately lose their pile I find.
