what headlights where they ? kinda of oily coloured

was followed by a car last night that had really odd headlights that id never seen before.
they were kinda of green/blue and gave of a kind of prism effect of colours on the ground. kind of like when oil gets in water. pretty hard to describe to be honest :/

but if anyone has any idea what i mean and could enlighten me that would be lovely

they didnt look like normal ones though :S my mates got xenons and they never look like that. any ideas what ones they might be ?
