What oil for a 2005 182??

hello there, looking to do an oil & filter change on my 2005 Clio 182 Cup Full Fat. cars done 80k

i had a look on the autodata system i had at work, pretty sure it said 0w40 or 5w40??

just wondered what people use and reccomend really? and what brand/make like mobil1, castrol, millers etc wanna use a good quality oil so it keeps things fresh as i like to keep my service intervals to every 5-8,000 miles tops.

I would use a 5w-40 synthetic and here are the ones that we sell.

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XFS, Fuchs GT1 XTL/Supersyn, Shell Helix and Mobil Super 3000 are good, cheaper alternatives.
