What oil to put into my Mk1 172..???

My 172 is having its oil changed this weekend...
Will any brand of fully synthetic 5W 40 be ok to put in...? Or shall I use semi synthetic...?

just put torco sr-1 in mine and it seems great.
tick over carmed down and very steady. different note when started and quiter. seems to rev through cleaner as well.
its 10w40 fully synthetic.
