What springs for a Cup

I want to lower it 20-30mm (ie not much, but enough to stop it looking silly). I want to spend about £250 including fitting and geometry setup. Ive had eibachs on a civic vti I used to have, and they were great - any recommendations? Ill be keeping the standard shocks.

Eibachs are the way forward here too mate...

Theyll drop it about 20mm as well as stiffening things up, but not too harsh on the ride quality.
