What vacuum cleaner & should it be a wet vac????

Been looking at vacuum cleaners solely for the car.

I currently use a cheapish Phillips item but its not ideal - been looking at a Karcher WD 3.500 which seems very good and can get a refurbished one from Karcher for £59.

Anyone else got any suggestions or recommendations?

I don't want to spend more than £75 in all honesty
