what wheels are these?(fao winston esp!,german??)

i've been offered these wheels,they're 7.5x16 et45,4x100

they look like they should have a center cap with a lockable key,they're diamond cut and there is no recess on the spokes so they're not borbet A's as i first thought.they have roughly a 2" dish.

any ideas?????

kerscher's are about the closest i'd got too laura but the spokes are actually sat out from the rim where'as these are flush????
