Wheel bearing problem solved?

Car  Oyster Card
I might have found the dodgy bearing..
I've jacked each wheel up twice and felt for play by pulling it none at all.
Well I've jacked the front two up again and spun them, the right one made a deeper noise tbh I've forgotten how to describe it now but the left one was basically silent the driverside one wasn't/

Now when I'm going along and I turn the wheel to the left say over 20mph I get the humming noise.

Noise when turning to the left = Knackered right wheel bearing; does that make sence I was thinking it should be the left wheel bearing thats dodgy if it sounds fcked when your going to the left...

P.S: I've already asked this in my earlier post but haven't had an answer yet, will a hub from a 1.2 RN fit on a 1.4 RT?

Are you sure there was no play what so ever if you try and rock the wheel holding it at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock - there should be absolutely no play whatsoever.

There isn't any play at all; as far as I remember.
But it does sound like a sort of grumbling noise when spinning the right wheel thats it.

dont know if the RT hub will fit the RN, instinct tells me it wont though.

The right hand bearing will be making noise when turning left due to the weight shifting onto the right hand road wheel.

Cheers mate yeah he's going to try the other hub on it, if not we're going to buy a bearing from Halfrauds and get it pressed at a local.
Do you think if the hub fits it fits, and no damage can do done having a 1.2 one it on there?
