Wheel refurbing questions

Hi,

Currently in the process of refurbing my alloys. I've rubbed them all right down and they are now primered up ready for colour.

When the first layer of colour is on and dry, should I be rubbing it down before applying the second coat of colour?

Same question following on from the final coat of colour before the laquer, and then between the coats of laquer?!

Basically when should or shouldn't i rub the wheels down!

i think u shud rub them down lightly between every coat, so as to get a very thin and even finish.
