Where do I find a MK1 172 buyers guide?

I'm writing from New Zealand where we only have 3 Clio V6's in the whole country, a handful of Clio 172's and 60 million sheep.

I'm looking to buy a Mk1 Clio 172 and would like to know what to look out for on a car that I've been offered (2001, 40,000 miles) can anyone help please.

I'm currently looking at EVO's buyers guide (issue 89, March 2006) should I be looking elsewhere?

There'll be a few do's & dont's on here somewhere, its just a case of finding them..
Cambelt change needed @ 5years or 72k, whichever is sooner...

That Evo guide is pretty good.

Noticed the car is 5 years old and has done 40k miles. Make sure it has had the cambelt done and has a new exhaust (or a SS one), because these will both need changing as soon as you buy the car otherwise.
