Where to get steering wheel radio control blank from

Had a search and nothing has come up.

There is a blanking plate that you can get that goes over where the radio controls go. It's mega cheap but can't find it anywhere online.

Doesn't anyone perhaps have a link or an item number please?

I'm wanting to mount my cruise control buttons to this this time
