Where's the best place to buy engine parts?

Hi well after I broke down last night with a very Nasty rattle I have stripped the head off of my girlfriends 172 it looks like a possible little end rattle! Well it's eather that or it has streched number 3's big end bolts? ( I'm not even sure if this is possible?) anyway in the past it must of snapped a valve which has made a mess of the top of one of the pistons and left a big dent where the snapped valve stem must of hit the combustion chamber :-( so my question is does anyone know of a good website to buy engine parts for the Clio? (pistons bearings and gaskets ect) also are there recon heads available for the 172? My only other choice is a second hand engine from eBay but Im not keen on that. Thanks in advance !

As the description fits perfectly of when he phoned me up yesterday to say someone he knew was after an engine, although sadly Ive not got one spare at the moment.

As I said to him on the phone your best bet is to pay up on here and then you can use the classifieds section.
