Id guess carbon. With grooved there is less surface area and possibly less stopping power but better cooled.

Thats just me guessing though... could be well out.

You dont need drilled or grooved disks..... The Brembo Hi Carbons are great for the job.

Spend you money on decent pads

me too get the package from fred i got the ds2500pads carbon disks and hoses well worth it im swapping my pads back to greenstuff when i need some though but only because of the dust the ds2500 make, the green stuff are nearly as good and no where as much dust

Hi carbon discs are great all rounders, 100times better than the stock renault discs

the max discs are a more track dedicated disc (and twice the price of normal hi carbons)

I got the set up from fred (ds2500 and H/C discs). Stopping is now unbelievably good. I'm well impressed.

i got the max discs on mine and love them got braided hoses and ferodo pads and yes the headbutting is definitely there i love them i feel so much more confident now being able to stop in a hurry
