Which is the correct oil for a 182

Ive done several searches on here and they either say 5W40 or 10W40.
So which is it?

I used 5W 30, same grade as what renault use. 10W 40 is a basic oil. That what i was told anyway, lol.

5W30 is incorrect, that needs changing pronto!


Renault recommend elf 5W40 fully synth, but they also say 10W/40 fully/semi is fine

Renault recomended fluids/amounts/grades to be used.

5w40 is the proper stuff 0w40 is good but really not worth the money
