Which ONE??

Hi, I may need a new steering rack on my clio which is a 1.8 16v 1995. However looking on the GSF website it came up with two, one male and one female??? Which one do I need and whats the difference??? These are the two choice....

R43032 -POWER STEERING RACK CLIO (MALE TIE ROD) 135.00

R43033 -POWER STEERING RACK CLIO-FEMALE TRACK ENDS MALE RACK 135.00
