Would a de-cat on my 182 produce this sort of sound?!! i get the impression the guy on this video has changed the exhaust system as well....

the guys on here and yes its a full exhaust system with a decat.

yours would sound like that if you got the same system, not sure how the standard exhausts sound with decats.
