it's a non-cup'd 182 by the way. a know this sounds a daft question i just want to make sure i get the best wheels i can that will give me the best handling and i am unsure as to what i should be getting. i know the tyoes of wheels i want just not the sizes, offset, spacing etc.

Those won't fit. The clio has 4 wheel bolts per wheel and those have 5. The PCD is different too.
