Williams blues

Im getting a bit depressed after what seems like an aeon searching for a decent Williams What makes it worse is that Im out of the house from 7am to 8pm during weekdays and I live in Wales - theres not a single Williams for sale here!

Would the good folk who own a Williams post a photo or two of encouragement for me?

im with you mate, Reno promised a new steering rack in 10 days and that was over 13 days ago, i havent driven my willy in 3 weeks and i am now seriously missing it!

Ive been looking for a mint williams 3 for months, looked at 7, still looking, bad resprays, scratches, dinks, rust is the main problems ive found, and ive been looking at high priced ones too.

Hi mate -there are lots of decent williams about but you need to travel. I travelled from Inverness to Leeds for mine - 700 mile round trip. Took one day out and I had it. Had a big ever since!



and I just hit 2400 Posts LOL

Oh and thats nothing compared to my quest of getting a decent low milage Fiesta RST.......................Took 3 months, 2 trips to bristol, one to Leeds and finally got it in Northampton after looking at so many dogs. Thats a lot of miles from the north of scotland!

Agree with 007. You gotta travel for what you really want!! I went to livingston, from Leeds (which is quite similar to 007) to get my 172 in one day also!!

Worth it in the end!!

And im quite surprised at the reliability of my Willy,
It had been used little in the last few years and i do like to drive it and so far the only bill i have is for an oil change cos the bloody thing was done up too tight for me to get it off!!!
