window problem plz help!

about 2 months ago i has my drivers side windows replaced by the RAC from that point onwards it made a scrapping noise when coming up but worked fine... just though was another clio graon and moan, now, this morning pressed the button to go up and the window fell out of the frame as it was going up.

does this lie with rac or will it be a warranty job or am i screwed?

Might come with a 3 month guarentee on work carried out, give them a buzz. Where abouts are you?

im in manchester , i know that if they cant fix it then i will need that plasic bit that comes attached to the regulator in turn costing £250.... will warranty cover this part being xmas and all i cant afford it!

warranty job. had mine done this weekend for a similar prob. and it was me who broke it lol it kept coming up out of the railings diagonally.

Regulators are about £50 from Eurocarparts.
