Wiring loom, Drivers footwell, 172 Cup?

Hi all,

I have just noticed a Wire hanging down from under the Dash in the Drivers side footwell.

Its bundled up in the loom that connects to the Brake and has a Light Purple "push connector" on the end of it.

Any Idea if this should be connected to something, I have had a quick look but cant see anything obvious...

Is it something to do with ABS like the warning light for the dash on ABS equipped cars? (Mines a 172Cup)

No its for the clutch switch for cruise control equipped cars, nothing to worry about they all use the same loom as yours is a late one.
