Would a Sport 172 PH2 Instrument Cluster fit into a MK2 PH1 non-sport?

Hey!

First post and all that and I have to say some of the posts on this forum have really helped me develop quite a hobby.

I want to buy Sport 172 PH2 instrument cluster to replace my boring looking MK2 PH1 cluster and from what I’ve read it appears that a PH1 sport will go into a PH1 non-sport but I’ve not seen anything for PH2 to PH1.

Will this be compatible?
