Xenon´s to 1.6 16V

Couldn't find anything with search so:

What would be the best/cheapest place to buy xenon/clio sport lights for my 1.6 16V dynamique? Slightly used are ok too.
Doesn't have to be in UK as I live in Finland.

Are there some special issues that I need to keep in mind when changing to xenon´s? I have headlight washers already.

its easy i have changed them and i dont have washers or the self adjusting mechanism they fit in the standard place 3 x 10mm bolts all you have to do is take the front bumper off.
or try one of the many conversion kits around starting at around £250
