What's the power gain? 3bhp? I was thinking about doing the same but I got 39p corkscrew from Tesco and riddled my OEM setup with holes. Sounds mint. But then I thought that maybe if I wanted a racing car I should buy one

No I was quite serious. It's a clio. Sounds shite IMHO. Unless it has 400bhp it does not need to sound like that. Thats just my opinion, but IMO my opinion is correct. I would let that overtake me just so I could laugh at it.

In the past people have seen gains of up to 12bhp on here with a decent decated system, but obviously that does mean it's going to be very loud. There is also a small drop in torque as is to be expected with less back pressure.

y0z used to run a Supersprint on his Cup which was similar to the system which produced gains of 12bhp. The system they have had designed is likely to be pretty dam similar.

From memory it was a 70mm SS system which saw the big gains, and that was on McBunnys 172.

Roy, that's Chris's track day car so noise isn't an issue provided he's bellow the levels allowed at each track. He's got a CTR for daily use.

Nice exhaust! but PLEASE PLEASE consider getting it cut into the bumper. It looks really untidy and as if its not meant to be there. Good choice tho on the system!
