Mossy's Cars

Yello 200 had just had a brand new original renault manifold so a very worth while investment is to fit updated engine mounts to reduce engine movement and the manifold flexi's braking up - a very common and expensive issue with the mk 3.

After

Just waiting for the lower dog bone to turn up now. These 2 reduce the engine movement but create very little vibration.

Also fitted a pair of seat resistor to turn the airbag light of due to fitting the recaros (no pretensioners).

£8 (the pair) of eBay - job done and no airbag light.
Also worth noting that Recaro do sell these resistors but cost £45!!! And do exactly the same job.

Excellent work all round, Mr. Mossy!

Your dedication knows no limits!

Thanks Datren matey :) hope you're well. Got my turbo addiction sorted in the end ;) the Evo's I fancied were either far too expensive or looked like money pits.

Looks great, shame it's got to go. When I change my car in want to buy one from you[emoji38] [emoji106]

Thanks mate. It has come out really nice so not in a rush to sell but I can't keep them all I guess.

A couple of small updates on the LY.

Bottom Dogbone Powerflex - makes such a difference with gear selection and really stops engine movement (a must have to protect my brand new original manifold) with no vibrations.

Just can't bring yourself to sell it can you? I don't blame you, after all the effort is looks great. Keep it up mate.

Yes really like this car but I can't keep them all.
Speedlines going it next week and then it will be up for sale mate - I want it to be right for the next owner.

Well just got caught up with all the shenanigans that's been happening over here in this thread!!

Lovely Storm... Lovely LY and a awesome everything else! What more could life throw at you...an absolutely mint Clio Williams? 🙈😂😂 (Probably not fast enough though)

Spotted the new one in the nursery car park, looks great!

Thanks mate - I have literally drive the storm a hand full of times and not seen it for a few weeks as having a bit of work done but can't wait to get it back :)

Yes a lot gone on recently pal, lol. I need to calm down now though :)
As for the Williams, I would love another - I will get a photo - such an epic car :)

The winter wheels may just be winter wheels, but they actually really suit it as well as the 'proper' wheels now off the car lol!

Thanks matey and yes they're growing on me but being from a 197 they mess with my ocd/oem+ addiction, lol.
