I'm in need of some car shampoo, what's good? Also need a new wash mitt as my lambswool one is more like mutton now ?. Any advice for either please(y)
Adams wash pad is very good or DetailedOnline do a wash pad that seems to be getting very good reviews,Shampoo I use Carchem 1900-1 or dodo juice sour power but in all honesty your spoilt for choice as their are so much quality car shampoos out their now.SJ.

I've just been reading the replies on their Facebook page. It's not gone down too well with the loyal customers😂😂. Keeping their best products for their own use and then trying to sell them as a special anniversary bundle at a f**king joke price will cost them dearly by the looks of it. Oops!

Is CarPro’s Lemon Scent IronX just the same as the regular stuff, just a different smell? Can’t get the regular stuff anywhere just now but the LS is in stock.

In the market for a polish. Do like super resin so may get that again. Decent imo.

Car shampoo, anything new and not mega money?.

Chap at our local motor factors supplies the power maxed range. Will do me a litre of that to try. Less than £6 and the reviews seem decent.

Bought own of these last week.
Gave it a go today and definatly swore a lot less than usual with the karscher lance😂. The swivel connector is ace, it prevents the stupid hose from coiling up as much and just manoeuvring around the car without that metre long lance is so much easier. Should have bought one ages ago. Review on YouTube by forensic detailing if you want to see it in action. 👍

Cant agree more. Great for in the arches and getting under the sills a bit.

Redrow boss has pledged £1mil/week to help.
Hopefully others follow suit.
Trouble is, most CEOs are clinically defined as psychopaths and lack basic human empathy.

I’ve just ordered some more Carpro Reset (go to shampoo now - really good), Gtechniq I2 and nitrile gloves.

My wife works at a hospital so I’ll be paying particular attention to keeping the interior of her car clean 😳😳

I’ve also got a cheeky product to play with. Been in the garage for a while so might break it out on the Clio.

Sonax BSD
Turtle Wax dry and shine
Car pro spotless
Bilt Hamber Korrosol
Car pro perl
Auto glanz bug off

Decided to try something beside C2v3 for a change. Might mix the BSD with some of the C2v3 I've still got too. The turtle wax is so cheap had to be worth a shot for the ease of use and convenience.

Looks like I'll have to wait for bilt Hamber auto foam and surfex as it's our if stock most places.

Bilt hamber themselves had snow foam 2 days ago when I ordered some for a friend. Have you tried going direct?

Yup, that's the stuff.
I've tried layering it and seems to work well.
It lasts longer than Carpro Hydro for me

Alot of people have these.
So if I want to Snowfoam and then jetwash wheels etc. Do I need to change nozzle etc?
I can't be arsed swapping little bits and losing things.

Bought myself some CarPro Reset and Pearl. Sunday is looking dry but cloudy so going to try and blitz the car then. Oh, a set of detailing brushes as well. Getting into that honeycomb effect grill is a PITA with just a mitt.

Yes you do. I keep the nozzles in the bottle doc on thr top of my K4, not lost one yet🤞. And if you just used the normal lance you'd have to swap to your foam lance and back. With this it's quicker to swap.

Remember to do a quick test fire at the ground after you've stuck one of the nozzles in.

I've seen them not click in properly and then fire out at the car.

They'll put your window through or a big dent in the panel!
