Ditched EE today and went with this Lebara deal through Money Saving Expert.
50GB Exclusive Monthly Plan

Plus they don't increase the price annually, and you get roaming included.I’m with ID Mobile, £8 per month, sim only, 60Gb internet per month but it rolls over.. so currently on 120gb.
I've just gone from EE to giffgaff and giffgaff data is rubbish so just gone back to EE as the saving of £8 per month wasn't worth it as might as well just had a Nokia brick![]()
o2 are finding themselves in the poop after all the crazy price hikes.
Ive been with them, no joke, 17 years. Im currently paying about £25/month, sim only for 70gb. Its far more than everywhere else, but I do get good signal and the roaming thing is pretty handy when im away.
Im out of contract, so I go on their 'upgrade thing' only to be shown that they're doing a half price for 12 months deal. Okay, cool, that takes me down to about £21/month for 12 months. But, after the 12 months, im at £33 a month! Sim only!
Better still, if you go on a comparison site, they're offering 32gb for £8 a month. Absolute pricks.
Oh and of course, their live chat is an hours wait. I hate this s**t.
Their live chat was proper pulling teeth.I’ve been on O2 for years. Every year, I go to Uswitch and pick whatever deal is around £8. It’s usually about 30-40 Gb. f**k going direct to O2, as you’ve found out.
The U-Switch ones are always for new customers only aren't they?
How easy is it to port numbers nowadays to different companies. I've looked a few sites for their coverage and most show ok for 3/4g but none have 5g yet where I live apart from EE & O2.

Porting is great, don’t even need to speak to anyone. I change networks regularly as I have to port out of lebara then back to keep getting they’re new customer deals 🤣
Good shout I am with Lebara been on a quid a month for 7 months 🤣🤣
