Has My 172 Got ESP?

I was chatting to a guy whos g/f's Clio has ESP, with a button for it located next to the dimmer switch on the dash

Now mine doesnt have one, so i thought it mustn't have it, but i was underneath it the other day and i noticed there was the little link arm connected to a box on the rear axle, that normally means the car has ESP

Its a 2001 51 172 new shaper

That arm is for the self leveling hids

You haven't got it, too early. A way to tell is that the ESP light will illuminate when you switch on the ignition then go off if all is fine and dandy.

The sensor on the rear beam is as said for the self leveling for the xenons.

ahhh Faxo!!! lol! spotted ya the other day passing - with the aid of your horn! Yea, the ESP seems to kick in too early anyway - as i found out driving vickys - wtf are the rear wheels braking for??? lol
