wouldnt it be better for them if you just shoved a Metal file in them to stop lol.
 
Imagine a grinding wheel on steel. This is the same. It's because the pads are ultra aggressive and they're grinding layers off the disc.

As above, very harsh for your paintwork though - not that I'm all that bothered...mine's not been cleaned for 2 months now LOL

When I was out doing that I couldn't resist making sure every time I had to brake, I'd do it HARD, and alongside some unsuspecting driver :evil:
 
My PF's did this, awesome sight worked better with the turbines than it did with the stock wheels.
 
I love the pic of that Trophy wheel doing it....

Do they actually work any better though? How long will the pads/discs last?
