if your goiing the chargecooler route, take a gander at these, i ran one one the RWD renault 5 with awesum results....also alot of the top tuners run them....

you dont wanna be using an intercooler mate.........wheres your airflow gonna be coming from!!?? your charge temps will go through the roof LOL

id seriously wanna be using them PWR chargecoolers bud, my chargetemps never went above 40 degrees when i was running one

Steve, what air temperature gauge did you get as I have been looking for a decent one for a while.

iv got air temp/air pressure
oil temp/oil pressure.

my daily routine
wake up 05.00
travel to work 07.00
finish work 18-20.00
get home 20-22.00
work on clio for around 1-2hrs

weekend.
friday night until 21.00
sat 09.00-12.00......then 18.00-around 20.00
sunday 12.00-17.00ish

bbpt ecu bolted in.
underside cables and pipes fixed up tidy in possition.
exhaust removed for re-design.

Project's of this size are never quick...Things like this just aren't normally done and therefor it's trial and error for Steve so it's bound to take a lot of time.

Still needs alot of work though to be anywhere near road worthy.
I hope to have it on the road next year sometime.
I'm hoping around aug 09 .

It's all trial and error money etc.
Trouble is you learn so much in these projects!
