Got me an OMP Inox

Finally got my hands on an OMP Inox thanks to 172Ben, this was after missing out on the last one which was sold not long back.

I've only got pics of it off the car as I'm waiting for a 182 cat for the BTB cat mod and a bit of fettling for it to be fitted to the system.

To say I'm chuffed would be an understatment

Anyway pics

Dunno how to remove the mark on top of the box :S but the rest polished up a treat

I'd be tempted to work through sand papers and see if it budged personally, 800, 1200 etc and then the typical SRP to shine it up.

Should be fun once you've plonked it on.

Good stuff, please get it tweeked to fit properly though, look a bit w**k sticking out so far....... Fred seems to think its actually made for a phase 1 172, hense why they stick out so far on the phase 2's

Gonna have to do something about it as I'm not sure that the BTB cat will fit straigh onto it. I do like a bit of pokeage out the back though!

It has no cat! Bolts straight to the manifold!, imo wants an inch chopping off the back of the centre section, as it sits well back in the hanger etc!

Here are the extra pics of it in three pieces, as you can see there is a separate decat pipe

I have a feeling the centre section and back box will line up nicely to my original CAT meaning the tip won't poke out as far. Well that's my theory anyway, we shall see when I have a go at fitting it this weekend.

(Ignore the exhaust wrap on the tail pipe, not staying on I was just curious as to what it'd look like.)

Yeah the wrap doesn't suit at all. And the tips probably function over form. Just need to get it fitted now, damn s**tty weather's put that on hold for the time being :dapprove:

Yeah going to try and run it from my current Cat.

Future plans are to run it with the BTB 172 Cat mod. Wanted to keep it all legal, but still have an option to run a de-cat if I ever choose to.

Started stage 2 of getting my system sorted.

1 182 cat to be sent to BTB for the 172 cat mod :star:

This will be sent off monday, spoke to BTB should be a week turn around.
