Using MIL5 code gets it down to like £210. Need to do clutch this summer so plan on refurbishing a bunch more stuff, subframe, suspension stuff, just everything really lol.
3/4" isn't what you want for a DIY mekanik.
Needs the 12amp batteries though!!
Big 1/2 would do ya fine unless its a lorry clutchhttps://www.sgs-engineering.com/mil...m18-fuel-one-key-18v-3-4-2033nm-impact-wrench

Surely your air gun will be good enough for the job though.
This guy doesn’t even need a compressor😮💨
Got a 1/2cp air gun that ive had for years still got a fair bit of power, not as much as the milwaukee one but its 10x faster one free spin once a bolt/nut has been cracked
Yip been there
Not really but you should be abe to get in from the angle of your first pic above to chop through the bolt. Are the saws compact as there isn’t alot of room?

You don't use the widow maker for all your car work do you?Looks are deceiving. Strut and hub in the View attachment 1732812way, hub is more the issue.

I thought it was all you were using 😂lol actually yes. Under this car I have a 3 tonne jack, two 3 tonne axel stands and the above as backup 😂 I’m not good with 2 tonnes above my head, genuine fear of mine as stupid as it sounds. Mate of mine got crushed when his jacked failed when I was 18.
Wont work, bolts seized to the bush. You can always grind the head of and hammer it out
It'll work with enough heat and a big enough hammerWont work, bolts seized to the bush.
Cutting it out is your only option.
Thors hammer maybe. The bolt in my Range Rover was seized good. I had the saw through the bolt and wished I had done it right away as it was so much easier than sitting there smashing the car with a club hammer. It'll work with enough heat and a big enough hammer
Yeah recip saw is the only way here. Been in that position a few times and it works 60% of the time, everytime
What size fixing you got to replace now then 🤣
I’m normally team blue but have to say love my one of these been tempted by the HO batteries but not sure if actually makes any difference over a 6ah
