For ph1 you need the CDA 85-150 - ph2 Sp-08
but keep in mind.....your original box with a aftermarket insert and a good caf will bring you more power....but the sound of the BMC is Awsom !!!
there was a recall from renault...heared they reflashed the ecu. Unfortunately my previous owner did not used the recall procedure because he did not have the problem at that moment....
@all I did flash the new software from Henk, car was little warm and the car's ecu needs to be learned in so...
well mine does it also but not as much as you say...as quoted start up revs till 1200 up down and searching and than after short time normal till around 900 Rpm.
The thing I can imagine is that this is software used on the track...leaving pitlane and accelarating up to get the car on temp. and...
there has been a recalling from renault that some ph2 RS, when cold, won't start in first time but second time it does. The timing when you put in the key to unlock the car was too long....
This has been helped after new software provided by Renault. This doesn't have anything to do with Rstuner !!
@gtruk mine starts 50% at once and 50% after the second time (this is NOT a Rstuner fault but a Renault issue because of the immobiliser from the car) and than fluctuating 1200 till 800 Rpm after 2 minutes all is ok. Taking Ron 98 and running 6400-2a07 and the latest .cal file
I did some programming with RsTuner and now when I connect the "car" to the Rstuner the software screen comes up (the software you previously flashed) it's called gathering info bla bla....Now when I want to switch to a different cal file the lines are full...I mean I don't see the date anymore...
Normally putting in the grn_6400_2a07.rst and 6400_2a07_ron98.cal would set you up OK. For some suspisous reson I´m not getting the car to rev till 7500 Rpm even if the car is VERY hot (hahaha)
throttle pedal track 2 problem.......see other posts common problem for RS mk2
did you touched the wiring in some sort in the throttle pedal area. the wire from the throttle pedal has to be placed in the rigth way sand sometimes get loose if you shoetip hits it. If this is not the problem, it's...
Pagid blues are the best pads regarding fading and cold-hot breaking. We tried around 15 different types of brands and these where farout the best in performance.
A little chamfer means that I always cut a little corner of the pad with a file. not 5 cm or so but around 0.5 mm and than apply...
@fred I did not say 5W40 is bad, but 5W50 is better.....for that little extra cash I would go for 100%....which means also a good lube while hitting the rev. ...

extremely hot is also not correct. Engine (oil and water) Temp. is the same as my "street" clio, only the time is shorter. race clio's are faster on their...
and yet again....5W50 full synth. is the best oil to use ! In clio cup racing we DO NOT use any other type of oil. We get Elf Excellium 5W50 delivered by Renault Sport in Dieppe. And I guess they know where they talk about....All clio's in the cup did NEVER had any engine problems.....
