That is cheap for the insurance! I am more than that for my renewal with @Neil@greenlight and i don't have commuting and my policy is for limited mileage!
Just use some spacers on the inside to resolve the issue. The link below has various sizes available

Car has brake cooling ducts. No idea what was causing the issue but I’ll try the SRF again as I still have 1 litte
If I don’t get on with it I’ll change it out
@JamesBryan as do a lot of people i know hence i changed to it! Was a bit miffed when it happened, re-bled the brakes just in case and the probelm re-occured
Although the issue only arose when out for longer stints. Never had an issue with ATE superblue..........Only change except fluid was i...
Looking to get some opinions on brake fluid, car is a track/race car with little to no road use.
Previously i used ATE super blue and never had any issues, once that was discontinued i changed to Castrol SRF. I had 2 occasions, during longer stints that the pedal went soft with the SRF so...
Never mind out of warranty, my mate when he received his letter for the recall spoke to the dealer and was offered £22.5k for his and that is with low miles and not even 2 years old.
I have had 2 forge kits in the past and currently have one fitted to the track car and i haven't ever had any issues. I wonder if they have changed recently

Alot of work and hours to be put in before its ready for paint going by that list! Good luck with it all, good to see some real progress being made now!
Should be very light once finished
R53 mini would be my choice if i had to change the clio for something else. Handling is similar to the clio, with the right mods they are almost as reliable and far quicker (in a straight line) than a clio.
The only reason i wouldn't just boost my clio for more outright pace is the ridiculously...
Other half always moans at me to me to sell it. Complains i'm always in the garage cleaning it, taking it to bits and that i spend too much money on it.
So safe to say she isn't the biggest fan of the car, In fact lets be honest she hates it!
10000000000% this. I understand the car obviously now has sentimental value and you are "too deep" to stop, but it surpassed the ridiculous stage a while ago. scale back the spec, sell parts on and get the car up and running would be the route i would be taking.
The new one looks good, but as per above at £700 not worth it. £600 and i think they would sell well, i like the new design as it offers a scope for increasing the runner length.
