yes but u could buy new ones and they could fail before the existing ones would. I`m still on original ones and still runs fine no issues

i know back of dials where on a seperate fuse, have you checked for corrosion on the rear cluster connections as these often get water in. did you remove the reg light totally back to wires and not just take bulb out?
