well a 1.6 clio is faster to a 100 than any VTR. A vts would beat a valver to 100, but a vtr wouldnt even get close

no the old rsi was 1.8 8v, the mk2 is a 1.6 16v. The new model was called the 16v, then rsi, and now i think theyre just dynamiques etc.

Well i got mine about 3 months ago. Its also a V reg (dec 1999 so only just) and had done 39000. I got mine for £4k

how comes everyone hates them wheels? everyone whos seen my car thinks there brill??? i like them, not cos i own a 1.6, but cos there nice. I prefer them to the dynamique alloys but thats my personal view.

nah u can get the MOT done a few months before the 3 year warranty is up so anything that isnt down to wear and tear should still be replaced.

put a metal bar on it, then whack the metal bar with a hammer a few times. This shood shock it and loosen any rust etc.

Yeh the 1.6s are great, BUT for a new driver i think that is till too much. When i passed i got a 1.0 fiesta and that was fine for me for about 6 months when i got bored. I then got a 1.4rt and the speed jump was brill and i had that a year before i got bored and got my 1.6. Hopefully this one...

yeah a local locksmith done mine for £15.

the insurers ask where the car is kept "most" nights so it would be fine. Just the same as staying somewhere else in the country and leaving your car on the street overnight. I think the only time youd get probs is if you dont have a garage, or if you have 2 cars in the household that are both...

well there IG10, mines the same size (just called a 16v) and it nearly doubled my insurance (that was from a 1.4rt) I reckon youll be look at just under £2000.
