Nah the official figures are 9.3, i think most of the 1.6 drivers on here tend to agree theres do it in 9 though. Mines bog standard.

best bet is hold the bulb in ur palm, find the hole with ur finger (look through the front so you can see when the finger is in the whole, then feed the bulb down ur hand into it. Took me about 15 mins in the dark last weekend - right biAtch!

Like anything, people will only post about their problems - not people who havent had any problems. I had a mk1 clio for a year and all that went wrong was a rear brake cyldinder. Ive had my 99plate 1.6 mk2 since April and not had one single problem. My Dads had his 03 plate clio for 18 months...

Same thing happened to my mate a few weeks back, ended up crashing cos the brakes couldnt stop him!!!!!

Well not my current car, but about 2 years ago i was driving round in a 4 speed mk3 1.0 fiesta!!! Now thats slow. 0-60 in about 18secs!!!! Topped out at 80mph with the car shaking - real drivers car that one :p
