I dont think you will need to fit a pas cooler. I had a pump blow up the same way at my local track with the fluid on the max, power steering failed then blew the fluid out all over the place.
2nd hand pump fitted and new fluid on the min mark and did not have any issues at all with hard track...
Nice setup.
Ive done successful camber setup using a bit of maths and a level on a few of my cars but not stepped up and done the toe properly yet, ive only done quick and dirty toe set to get it down to the garage for a minor adjustment. Tempted to invest in half decent string setup now i...
I also found that when torquing the cam pulleys using the original renault pulley lock, the cog can move a little. I use an 8mm spanner on the end to keep hold of it.
Also on my first attempt i done it with the cam slot upover, engine needed another rotation which give me a bit of a headache as...
Coat of xcf50 on the bits if you want protection without painting. I have some aquablasted bits coated in it and no sign of corrosion with the Redcar salt air. I coat all my suspension bits in it, lasts well.

Blue dci straight through mot. Cleaned up as i like to present a car for mot looking decent and the amount of flyes on the windscreen was ridiculous after the scotland trip.

Orange needed a clean so give it a good once over. Quick coat of...
Not yet but its on the to do list. Need to find a cruise squib.

Speaking of wheels, as per my dci thread ive gathered another pair of compomotive 1880 to make another set. They appear to be all from...
Blue dci does the NC500
When i bought the compomotive wheels for the Kangoo i got a set of 6 so the plan has always been to try and find another pair so i can make another set.
Ive been sniffing around for ages on ebay and the usual places but nothing has been coming up as they are ultra rare...
Are you sure its not a wheel bearing thats failed or cv joint? Ive had a wheel bearing fail in a similar after a trackday, seemed ok on the straight but loaded up on a corner was causing a right vibration.
It was me who posted on facebook saying check those and give the engine a shove if needs...
Its actually a push fit with o rings inside, that splits at the bottom and threads together. Nice bit of kit fits on the meg rs sender and rail ok, from memory clio fuel pump outlet is identical to meg.
Torques sell one, ive used it on my Kangoo works good no issues on 5bar setup.

Hope so, its driving great at the moment. Just trying to get this clutch bedded in before hard use as its recommended to run it in for 750 miles of street driving.
