Andy, the phase ones do sit slightly lower well at least mine did, the newer models it seems they sit exactly halfway, I certainly wouldnt worry Alternatively if you do think its low get someone with an rs-tuner /dat logger etc etc.. and see what the coolant temps are I'm sure its fine.
