I've owned a 182 and have currently got the Z20LET Astra SRi Pros of Astra - Smooth - Quick throttle response in any gear - No rattles - Nice motorway cruiser - Much quieter than the Clio - MPG about the same TBH the Clio maybe a fraction better but not much in it. Cons - Handling not...

Take it out for a blast down the motorway and get it really hot then try again.

Agree with Andy Although on a 182 you wont notice anything, lets be realistic.

I'm not a big fan of flushing oils either, id rather just change it with some cheap oil and flush it out a week or so later with some decent oil. But in all honesty in most applications you would be fine just checking the new stuff in straight away
